At Three Dee Cards, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps to return your item:
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
- Ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Provide the original delivery number with your returned item.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to the card or account used for the original purchase. Please note that the delivery charge for the order will not be included in the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of notification.
